Molding Technologies

1.Impregnation/Compression

A mat of fibers is impregnated with resin and compressed, resulting in a non-oriented fiber-resin matrix. This is used for creating porous fiber materials.

2.Pulltrusion

A bundle of fibers is impregnated with resin and pulled, yielding an oriented fiber-resin matrix. This is used for creating porous fiber materials.

3.Extrusion

Extrusion can be used to mold engineering plastic with a precisely controlled interior cavity, or lumen.
