Tech that controls capillary force is the key to effective vaporization and transpiration of aromatics, deodorizers, and drugs. Functions such as attaining fully pungent and longer lasting odors are greatly affected by characteristics of the formulated additive itself, the wicking nib element that supplies it, and the evaporator element.
TEIBOW applies its in-house capillary force control technology to pen nibs to produce a product ideal for the customer’s desired fluid formulation.

  • The wicking nib element has the critical job of supplying a fluid formulation to the evaporator element by a paper filter, etc.

Wicking nib elements from TEIBOW made to meet customer needs are designed with air gaps matching the product concept and fluid formulation in terms of wicking speed, wicking quantity, durability and required hardness during handling.

Polyester fibers (binder: urethane resin)
Features: A material having a wide range of outer diameters as well as a broad spectrum of fiber and resin types for unbeatable multi-purpose usage. These are also applied to diverse air gap designs.
Outer diameters: φ1.0mm~φ10.0mm
Polyester fibers (binder: low melting point polyester fibers)
Features: This material is ideal for high porosity designs and generally used for wicking nib elements.
Can be fabricated in unique cross-sectional shapes.
Outer diameters: φ3.0mm~φ8.0mm
Nylon fibers (binder: urethane resin)
Features: These allow manufacturing flexible wicking nib elements by combining resin having resilience with the nylon fibers.
These nylon fibers are also effective in cases where the product must be used while bent.
Outer diameters: φ1.0mm~φ8.0mm
Acrylic fibers (binder: melamine resin)
Features: This material is ideal for vaporizer nib elements requiring heat resistance such as for heat-type aromatics.
Outer diameters: φ2.0mm~φ10.0mm
Polyacetal (POM) resin
Features: Extrusion mold products.
Usable for sizes starting from a narrowest diameter 0.3mm
Narrow diameter makes it less obtrusive to the eye and gives aromatic products an outer appearance with greater visual appeal.
Coloring can also be made to match the pantone system.
Outer diameters: φ0.3mm~φ3.0mm
Polyester elastomer resin
Features: Extrusion mold products
These have flexible characteristics like rubber and prove effective when bent into a curve.
Outer diameters: φ0.6mm~φ4.0mm
PEEK (polyether ether ketone) resin
Features: Extrusion mold products.
A material ideal when heat evaporating at consecutive temperatures of 240 degrees or melting point 343 degrees.
This resin is high strength, solvent resistant, chemical resistant and also effective for chemical evaporation.
Outer diameters: φ0.3mm~φ3.0mm


Evaporator elements

  • The evaporator element fulfills the task of volatizing the fluid formulation suctioned up by wicking nib element.
    The evaporating surface can be enlarged compared to when using a single wicking nib element and the fluid formulation can volatize more efficiently.

TEIBOW evaporator elements use non-woven cloth rather than filter paper.
Using non-woven cloth provides the benefits that air gaps can be set as needed compared to conventionally-used filter paper. The volatilizing quantity, odor emission capability and odor persistence can be finely adjusted by controlling the air gap via the fiber size and fiber quantity.

Features: These are materials with high all-around usability in 2 types of fiber diameters.
Also available in various air gap designs.
Thicknesses: 1.0mm~10.0mm
Polyester fibers Microfibers
Features: These fibers have diameters of about 2 μm that allow forming extremely fine air gaps.
These fibers also offer superior performance for absorbing and volatizing fluid formulations.
Thicknesses: 0.6mm~6.0mm
Polyester fibers Thick fiber diameter types
Features: Allows forming large air gaps by using fiber diameters of 44 μm.
Usable with high viscosity fluid formulations.
Thicknesses: 3.0mm~10.0mm
Acrylic fibers
Features: Superb chemical resistance compared to polyester fiber products.
Thicknesses: 3.0mm~10.0mm


Sticks for diffuser

  • Diffuser type aromatics not only have good evaporation or volatility but also give a fine visual impression making them the focus of attention for interior applications.

Types of diffuser stick

Rattan is a natural substance whose volatilizing quantity, fragrance emission, and warping as well as unstable supply may prove serious problems.
However, using resin sticks from TEIBOW eliminates all these problems!
Resin sticks are colorable and need no worry about color running in the dyed fluid formulation such as is often seen in rattan colored products.
Moreover, resin sticks have the added merit of being producible in unique cross sections such as rectangular, square or oval shapes and changes in outer diameter size which are features impossible for rattan material.

Regular sticks (synthetic fiber)
Features: On resin sticks made from acrylic fiber and polyester fiber, the volatilizing quantity, fragrance emission, and wicking speed can be controlled by adjusting the air gap.
Colored sticks (synthetic fiber)
Features: Coloring the binder by mixing it with dye, eliminates the problem of color running often seen during coloring of natural rattan.
Colored sticks (plastic resin)
Features: These allow coloring compatible with the pantone system and give sharp color tones. These are also producible by plastic extrusion molding so can be fabricated with stick diffusers thinner than anything seen up till now. These thin stick diffusers are what set TEIBOW apart from other products of competitors.
Unique cross-sectional sticks (synthetic fiber)
Features: These can be fabricated in unique cross-sectional shapes such as squares, triangles, rectangles or ovals. Making the most of these stick features will make a sharp visual difference!
