We held an induction ceremony for freshman employees of Teibow Group on April 1st.
This was the first joint induction ceremony since the company was split into Teibow Co., Ltd. and Hamamatsu Metal Works Co., Ltd. on April 1.
 
President Kochi of Teibow and President Suzuki of Hamamatsu Metal Works greeted the new employees and we could see spirited expressions on the new employees' faces.

We hope that they will play an active role in their respective companies and become a source of strength for the entire group.
