We held a harassment training session for managers on September 9th.
An external instructor was invited to deepen understanding of harassment and teach appropriate guidance methods.

The lecture clearly explained points deemed illegal acts in actual court cases.
Participant surveys showed many responses like “My understanding deepened” and “I'd like to apply this to my work” indicating heightened awareness.
